VTAS insurance
Having spent more than half of my working life on some kind of insurance application or another, I got roped into breathing new life into an old insurance application. Although I have done all the database alterations, coding and server setup for the product, I do not own the IP in this product, and am in partership with the IP owner and another guy that has the staff to provide administration services.
The application is built using a 4GL (with built in database) called Progress - not to be confused with PostgreSQL. It is web enabled and provides the full suit of policy / claims / financial capability.
This project has been dead for several years now, and I this year terminated the VTAS domain, so an on line demo is no longer available. If you think you need a simple insurance management system that will deal very well with volume business drop me a line.
